Être féministe pour beaucoup, c’est avant tout ne plus voir la femme comme un être sexué, comme une simple génitrice. Il s’agit de reconnaître ses compétences, sa valeur ajoutée dans une société où c’est l’homme qui fait la loi ! Fini les biberons et les carrières avortées : ce que l’on revendique, c’est l’égalité !
L’égalité, oui, mais laquelle ? Et ce débat peut aller loin, vraiment loin, tellement loin que cela en devient presque aberrant. Est-ce légitime de s’insurger contre celles qui allaitent leurs poupons ?
Élizabeth Badinter, grande défenderesse du féminisme à sa sauce, a jugé régressive et préjudiciable pour la cause féminine, la volonté de NKM d’allaiter son enfant. C’est celui de celles qui emploient ce qualificatif et s’en réclament, comme l’on se réclame d’être le chantre de la paix dans le monde, mais qui n’hésitent pas à abattre les femmes qui ne leur ressemblent pas. En gros, c’est se dire féministe pour le dire, ou plutôt se dire féministe plutôt que s’abstenir. C’est aussi creux qu’une coque de noix vide.
Enfin, il y a le féminisme qui considère que tout est relatif, et qu’être féministe, ça n’est pas s’opposer à la gent masculine ni encore faire le choix des femmes que l’on défendrait. Toutes les causes sont à défendre, aussi bien celle de la carriériste, de la prostituée ou encore de celle qui a des convictions.
Alors, à la question : « Le féminisme, c’est quoi ? », je dirais que c’est une de ces arnaques pour laquelle tout le monde veut sa part de mérite et de reconnaissance, une guerre des sexes pleine de contradictions et une de ces doctrines en « -isme » qui n’est là que pour endormir un peu plus les masses…
